BOXING-INSPIRED FITNESS

Looking for a fun way to workout and learn a new skill at the same time? Our group sessions will provide a good sweat out and some classes include strengthening exercises and weights. All you need is a water bottle, a set of hand wraps, and a good attitude!

Whangarei Central (next door to Arnold Franks). 

Side street parking is available, and facilities include bathrooms/showers and a water cooler for your use.

GROUP SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
 

BOX'N'BURN

Box 'n' Burn is a 45 minute high-intensity workout that engages your entire body, helping you to build strength and endurance while burning calories. There is a focus on getting your heart rate up, and sweat on, through cardio exercises and a good smash out on the bags. You can go as light or as hard as you want to, so the sessions cater for all fitness levels.
